The Online Repeat Prescriptions above are available with effect from April 2015. To be able to access this you will first need to register with the practice. You can download the form here and then hand it into either practice, along with 1 form of ID
These are available only to patients who have been specifically told that they do not always have to see the doctor before ordering more medicines.
Repeat prescriptions are requested using the repeat order form attached to the prescription. You can either post this or deposit it into the prescription box in the surgery.
If you require any medication which is not on repeat, this must be requested in writing. We do not accept telephone requests and you may be asked to make an appointment with a GP.
Please allow 48 hours for prescription requests to be processed.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
